Museum The Artesia Historical Museum & Art Center is located in the unique Moore-Ward cobblestone house at 505 West Richardson Ave. Exhibits in the main house focus on local & area history, featuring photographs, Native American artifacts, farm & ranch displays, and even a hands-on Children’s room with hats and try-on clothes. The Art Annex gallery next door features rotating exhibits such as local art shows, traveling exhibits and temporary in-house displays. The Museum offers special programs by arrangement and extensive outreach services as well. Call us at 748-2390 or stop by and visit: Tuesdays-Fridays 9-noon & 1-5; Saturdays 1-5. |
