A.   Purchasing – Ratification of Mayor Burch’s approval for one (1) employee to attend the Audit Rule training in Las Cruces, NM.  Request actual expenses.

B.   Executive and Legislative – Permission for elected officials to attend the NMML Newly Elected Officials workshop in Las Cruces, NM or Albuquerque, NM.  Request actual expenses and mileage.

C.   Wastewater – Permission for two (2) employees to attend the NM Rural Water Annual conference in Albuquerque, NM.  Request actual expenses.

D.   Executive and Legislative – Permission for elected officials to attend the NLC Conference & Exposition in Denver, CO.  Request actual expenses and mileage.

E.   Police – Permission for one (1) employee to attend Criminal Street Gangs training in Ruidoso, NM.  (no costs)

F.   Police – Permission for three (3) employees to attend Inside the Mexican Cartels training in Albuquerque, NM.  Request actual expenses.

G.   Police – Permission for one (1) employee to attend Crash Reconstruction training in Santa Fe, NM.  Request actual expenses.

H.   Wastewater – Permission for two (2) employees to attend the Compost Certification course in Ruidoso, NM.  Request actual expenses.

I.    F&A – Permission for one (1) employee to attend the Clerk’s Spring conference in Albuquerque, NM.  Request actual expenses.

J.   Water – Permission for two (2) employees to attend Water certification testing in Albuquerque, NM.  Request actual expenses.

K.   Police – Permission for one (1) employee to attend Public Information in WMD/Terrorism Incident Management training in Artesia, NM.  (no costs)

L.   Police – Permission for two (2) employees to attend Use of Force Instructor training in Ruidoso, NM.  Request actual expenses.

M.  √Police – Permission for three (3) employees to attend the 20^th Annual School Resource – School Safety conference in Louisville, KY.  Request actual expenses. (all costs will be paid by Artesia Schools)

8.         Use of Facilities (approval contingent upon receipt of all applicable fees, license(s) and dept approvals):

A.   AHS Tennis – request the use of the tennis courts and restrooms at Jaycee Park on Friday, March 26, 2010 and Saturday, March 27, 2010 for their annual High School Tennis Tournament.
