NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 7:00 p.m., on July 8, 2008, in Council Chambers at the Artesia City Hall, 511 West Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, the Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following: 

 

A.   An ordinance for the Robert Addition Replat of Block 11, located on N. 1st Street & E. Chisum Avenue

 

B.   An ordinance for the replat of the correction plat of West Acres Subdivision #7, located between West Hermosa & Centre Avenue, and between 24th & 26th Streets

           

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons are invited to attend and may be heard at such public hearings.
