LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 7:00 p.m. on the 22nd day of April, 2008, in Council Chambers at City Hall, 511 W. Texas, Artesia, New Mexico the Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing on the question of whether the Alcohol and Gaming Division of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department should approve or disapprove the proposed transfer of ownership and location for a liquor license from Taos Lodging Associates, LP dba The Fechin Inn, Taos, NM to Mount Difficulty, LLC dba Hotel Artesia located at 203 N. 2nd Street, Artesia, New Mexico. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons are invited to attend and may be heard at such public hearing.
