NOTICE OF CONTINUATION
 OF PUBLIC HEARING 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 7:00 p.m., on November 8, 2011, in the Artesia City Hall, 511 West Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, the Artesia City Council will hold a continuation of public hearing to consider the following: 

1.      Consideration of an ordinance amending Chapter 7-4 (Garbage Collection
and Disposal) of the Artesia Municipal Code. 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons are invited to attend and may be heard at such public hearing.
