NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 7:00 p.m., on March 23, 2010, in the Council Chambers at the Artesia City Hall, 511 West Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, the Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following: 1. Consideration of an ordinance adopting a project participation agreement between the City of Artesia and Desert Hills Electrical Supply; a partnership pursuant to Section 2-4-8 of the Artesia Municipal Code.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons are invited to attend and may be heard at such public hearing.
