LEGAL NOTICE POTENTIAL QUORUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Artesia City Council will be participating in a tour of the Eddy County Communications Facility located in Artesia, New Mexico on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 6:00 pm. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this meeting is not a “public meeting” within the definition of the Open Meetings Act. No City policy will be formulated nor will there be discussion for purpose of taking any action within the authority of the City’s governing body. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a majority of the Council may be present.
