NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 7:00 p.m., on May 27, 2008, in Council Chambers at the Artesia City Hall, 511 West Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, the Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following: 1. Consideration of an ordinance adopting the 2008 changes to the 2004 compilation of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons are invited to attend and may be heard at such public hearing.
